The CMI Sterling Roll Up Fund P.L.C. is an offshore open-ended investment company (OEIC), which is managed by CMI Fund Managers (IOM) Limited, one of the constituent companies of Clerical Medical. CMI Fund Managers (IOM) Limited is licensed to conduct Investment Business by the Isle of Man Government Financial Supervision Commission.

The aim of the CMI Sterling Roll Up Fund P.L.C. is to offer investors the opportunity to accumulate capital from high-yielding sterling investments. The Fund invests in high quality interest-bearing securities and the interest paid is automatically retained in the Fund helping to increase the value of the investment. Shares are purchased on behalf of the investor and these shares can be sold at any time at the current market rate.

The CMI Sterling Roll Up Fund P.L.C. offers:

• Non-corporate investors resident in the UK for taxation purposes can currently take the opportunity to benefit from deferral of any UK or European savings tax liability until disposal of the investment.
• Reinvestment of all growth produced by the fund to enhance capital growth potential.
• A minimum initial investment of £500 and the option to make automatic additional regular investments. Please note the Fund only accepts lump-sum investments. There is no maximum investment amount.
• Professional investment management by Clerical Medical.
• Easy access as shares of the fund can be bought or sold on any dealing day.
• A flexible form of investment as there is no minimum or maximum term and shares can be sold at any given time. However, we recommend an investment term of at least five years.
